Mô tả công việc
- Assist Director to build up company's fraud control organization, system, policy and strategy
- Build and promote anti-fraud culture across the company
- Oversee the hiring and training of fraud investigation unit maintain a high level of integrity and procedures according to company's overall strategy
- Manage and carry out the daily anti-fraud monitor and execution efficiently
- Develop, review and implement effective fraud prevention measures in the process of anti-fraud, balancing between business and fraud risks
- Proffer professional recommendations to business establishments on techniques necessary for limiting risk of fraud management
- Research and apply high-tech products to control fraud risk
- Conduct research and attend educational programs to update professional knowledge
- Other tasks as assigned by upper management level
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years working in payment industry, in which 3 years experience in credit card fraud/dispute and/or application fraud management
- University graduate or higher, specialzing in Economics, Banking, Finance, Business Administration
- English: Toeic 700 or equivalent
- Knowledge:
+ Good knowledge of risk and fraud management
+ Good knowledge of Vietnam laws and regulations
+ Good knowledge of social-economiy situation in Vietnam an industry
