Mô tả công việc

Process invoices, staff claims and payments (both trade and non-trade).
Check the content of contract with customers/ suppliers and follow.
Check all records, ledgers and day-to-day transaction (receipt voucher, payment voucher, cash advances, assets… to post to the accounting system) which done by subordinates.
Maintain Balance Sheet schedules eg: Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Deposits, etc.
Following bank transactions, current liabilities & receivable, long-term liabilities & receivable, assets, depreciation of assets, loans, owner’s equity…
Make Financial Statement, Profit/ Loss, Cash Flow reports to Parent company.
Liaise with auditor and tax authorities.
Issue VAT invoice for customers.
Check monthly/quarterly/yearly Tax declaration: VAT, PIT and relative others.
Prepare full set of monthly/ quarterly/ reporting pack and year end financial statement.
Update new law and regulations on tax and report to board members.
Improve and make simple Accounting process & activities.
Train the daily accounting works and relative others to subordinates.
Other duties as assigned.

Gender: Male/ Female.
Age: 28-38.
University degree in Accountancy.
At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in a multinational companies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (particularly in Microsoft Excel) and related account software.
Well-organized, self-motivated, resourceful and has a good sense of responsibility and demonstrates initiative.
Has a positive attitude with strong desire to learn.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Possess Chief Accountant Certificate is a plus.
