Working place: Lotte Department Store, 54 Lieu Giai, Cong Vi, Ha Noi
Working time: 8 hours/ days, 5 days/ week
A/ Main Description
- Handle the jobs of labor contracting process, payroll processes to ensure they are processed in accordance with company policy and applicable with labor regulations.
- Make monthly insurance report, insurance claims.
- Process benefit packages for employees.
- Support making PIT declaration reports, process PIT finalization. Handle PIT code application for new staffs.
- Ensure on tme submission of all reports that related to labor to relevant officies as per Gov requirement, take part in audits from governoment.
- Coordinate C & B processes such as salary renewal planning, new benefits, bonus...
- Assist HRM to design and develope compensation policies.
- Other tasks assigned by Managers.
B/ Responsibility
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll data, insurance, PIT and submit all reports on times.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
A. Basic requirements:
- Female, under 27 years old
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- 02 Working Years of Experience in C&B field for company size at more than 100 employees.
- Good at English Speaking and Translation.
- Good at Team - work, can work under pressure.
B. Competency requirements ( A.S.K)
- Attitude : To be Careful, Cooperative, Active and Eager - Learning
- Skills:
- Good at Communication, Negotiation, Problems Solving Skills.
- Good at Computerial skills (Words, Excel, Powerpoint), be excellent at excel formulas for salary computation.
- Good at Reporting & Filling skills, Time - Management & Database.
- Knowledge:
- Well Knowledge about Cadena Software and Practices.
- Strongly acknowledge and can well apply all processes about Personal Income Tax (PIT) - Especially PIT regulations for foreigners working in Vietnam, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, all labor regulations on compensation and wages regulation from Governoment.
- Be knowledgeable about Retail Services.
