Mô tả công việc

Produce and create design of women’s apparel, including blouses, dresses, suits, casual wear, seasonal clothing, and intimate apparel.
Research the styles and periods of clothing needed or new trends.
Identify target markets and demographics for designs.
Give design direction for the fashion season
Meet with sales and management executives to discuss design ideas.
Create preliminary sketches of designs.
Develop products and accessories.
Write specifications like colour schemes, construction, material types, and accessory requirements.
Choose colours, fabrics, and other materials.
Draw and cut out patterns when needed
Sew sections of material to form mock-ups or samples of garments or articles when needed
Test out pieces on models.
Collaborate with technicians to check fitting
Perform alternations as necessary
Build, train and manage a team of fashion Designers

Education required from coursework in fashion design or related field.
At least 05 year experienced with 2 year at the same level or above.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.
Skilled in other fashion design software (such as Optitext, Gerber, etc.) is an advantage.
Microsoft Excel.
Good eye for details, finishing and proportions.
Knowledge of contemporary market for womenswear apparel.
Good sense of organization and hierarchization of priorities.
Punctual and reliable.
