Mô tả công việc

Consulting services to the customer’s inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc.
Providing a polite, professional and accurate communication
Handling and resolving customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Collecting or delivering dossiers from/to customers;
Filling in relevant forms;
Perform customer verifications
Contacting and updating with authorities;
Write and post information to Social networks
Other activities to help customers finish the service

Yêu cầu ứng viên

No working experience required
Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
Logical thinking ability
Motivated and proactive
Careful and patient style of work
Strong written, listening, reading and speaking English skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Negotiation skills
