Mô tả công việc

Create and evaluate legal documents and contracts related to the business operations of the company.
Assist and counsel the BOD/ Business Unit on legal matters when engaging in commercial and investment-related negotiations with partners and clients.
Resolving issues that come up during legal conflicts, particularly those involving state entities.
Provide legal advice and adhere to all legal requirements for the operations and investments of the Head Office and its subsidiaries.
Manage the legal affairs of the company's investment portfolio.
Carry out additional legal department responsibilities as delegated by the line manager and BOD.
Personalized experiences and interactions should be created for users and consumers across all touch points including online and offline contact channels.

Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
At least 2+ years of experience working as a Legal Executive, Legal Counselor, or similar role
Good understanding of Vietnam's legal system and regulations
Experience in consulting with global partners/ clients.
Experience in working and solving issues related to state agencies
Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
