OVERVIEW

EMERHUB is a multinational market entry consulting company. We help our clients to set up and grow their businesses across Southeast Asia (including Vietnam). We provide solutions to companies from remote hiring to setting up local operations, lowering barriers to local markets, and shortening time-to-market for any product or service.

About the role

Now we are searching for a Legal Consultant who can help us achieve our business's objectives.

The Legal Consultant is responsible for fully understanding a client's needs and providing resources, procedures, and solutions to meet those needs. The Legal Consultant must ensure the company's engaged services are delivered on time, on the company's budget, and up to the client's standards.

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

• Dedicated to work, responsible and reliable person.
• Ready to learn, understand, and strictly comply with the company's service delivery standards, processes, and rules.
• Result-oriented - a limit/boundary breaker

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional research and support to the Salesperson for closing the deal with prospective clients. Conduct a minimum of 10 research topics and 01 training session per month. Ensure high responsiveness throughout the working process which will not keep relevant parties waiting for more than 08 hours to give feedback or answer.
• Ensure the 100% accuracy and comprehensiveness of the research result addressing each concern of the client.
• Prepare accurate documents and submit documents to relevant departments on the client's behalf 100% on time.
• Follow up closely and update relevant parties and clients about the progress step by step and the result.
• Present and demonstrate the company's services to prospective clients.
• Stay communicative, responsive, and supportive to clients' inquiries, questions, and concerns and proactively involve relevant parties to solve clients' requests.
• Report and update accurately to supervisors whenever required.
• Full-fill tasks to implement internal services for the company whenever required.
• Fully update the company's project database as required.
• Reporting direct supervisor about all stages of the project on a regular basis.
• Build up a good relationship with clients through the delivery process.
• Handling complaints from clients about projects under self-charge and amending the mistakes or damages caused which make clients unhappy.
• Collaborate with other departments for sale and delivery activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Public Management, or equivalent
• Proven experience in obtaining IRC, and BRC for FDI companies
• Solid communication in both Vietnamese and English
• +2 years of consulting experience in a consulting or service company is a nice plus
• Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Vietnam Time, Monday to Friday
