Mô tả công việc
- Consulting, Providing solutions to clients' legal problems. Specifically: Consulting on legal issues of enterprises; Enterprise registration procedures; transfer of shares, contributed capital; change the certificate of the enterprise registration certificate, visa and work permits for foreigners
- Participate in interpreting and consulting meetings on accounting and tax.
- Translating work-related materials or another department.
- Providing interpretation in meetings.
- Draft and certify the proposal, the economic contract, official dispatch, and legal documents to support the company’s operation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors and when arise.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree in Law
- At least 02 year-experience working in foreign companies at the same position or working with foreign customers.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written (Ielt 7.0 up)
- Passionate and have the ability to learn the new thing;
- Honest, responsible, hard-working, and teamwork.
