Mô tả công việc
- Draft, review, organize, and monitor a wide range of contracts, agreements, arrangements, legal documents, and ensure that they are in compliance with all legal requirements;
- Build, follow and improve the contract form system for Company. Attending the meeting with partners/vendors/suppliers to deal about legal aspects for all contracts, agreements etc.
- Review and lead the reporting of key findings related to existing and potential legal risks, including recommendations to mitigate risks from an operational perspective.
- Train legal knowledge and guide on the compliance with internal regulation to manager level and company’s employee.
- To participate to the other Department in solving conflicts, to play role as the duty authorized party of the Company in dealing with litigation and dispute settlement.
- Licensing: Monitor application dossiers and liaise with relevant Authorities for the licenses of the Corporate;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Superior.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College or University graduate, preferred in Commercial Law, Law on enterprise,…
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
- Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Language Skill: Good in English both speaking and listening.
