Mô tả công việc
- Preparing legal documents for enterprises and making reports for Competent authorities.
- Consulting on legal issues internally.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents that protect the organization's legal and business interests.
- Conduct legal check & review for contracts, internal guidelines and important documents.
- Establish and maintain database of legal issues in cooperation with compliance team.
- Be involved in various internal projects to give appropriate legal advice proactively (in cooperation with external legal advisor, when needed).
- Update, review and disseminate newly issued legal documents that directly affect the Company's production, business, and investment activities.
- Others as assigned from Legal Manager from time to time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Laws - At least 03 year of experience in law.
- Understanding the field of operation of the company.
- Ensure confidentiality of work information.
