As an Accounting Specialist at DATX Technology, you will participate in using accounting knowledge and skills to properly control and record daily transactions.
You will have the responsibility for accurate bookkeeping, reviewing invoices and supporting documents as well as preparing periodic reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor, reconcile and control payments for expenditures, payables to suppliers, receivables from clients as well as advances for DATX’ employees.
· Review supporting documents, check and record daily transactions on the accounting software in a timely manner.
· Extract data, file and achieve invoices and accounting documents properly.
· Collect and review data to prepare periodic tax returns.
· Support colleagues in implementing the Department’s functions.
· Perform other management reports and requests of Head of Finance & Accounting
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Must have
· Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting, Auditing or Corporate Finance
· 1+ years of experience in accounting or relevant role.
· Strong foundation in accounting principles and standards, tax, and accounting laws
· Proficient in Microsoft Offices and accounting software, experience in using MISA software is an advantage
