Mô tả công việc

Manage all activities related to finance and accounting.
Manage, check, monitor staffs and operations of the accounting department.
Manage accounting systems, accounting books, invoices - business vouchers.
Check all the balance before close accounting books at the end of each month (General Ledger, Payable Account, Receivable Account, Stock)
Check & finalize monthly VAT, PIT and Financial Report.
Prepare - present yearly Audited Financial Report (VAS)
Prepare - present yearly Audited Financial Report (IFRS) with Finance controller.
Report to BOD / Riverbank Group Finance Manager periodically (monthly, yearly)
Advise BOD on the control of financial activities.
Work with consultants, auditors on accounting and tax matters.
Work with all departments about matters related to accounting issue.
Work with Singapore accountants on accounting matters.
Contact, work with state agencies as Tax office, BIZA, …
Prepare the Official Letter related to tax concerns.
Update tax law, tax circular if any.
Perform other tasks required by BOD.

Graduated from University with majors in Finance - Accounting or relevant field.
Prefer candidates having work experience in trading & manufacturing companies especially in chemical field.
English: Good at 4 skills.
Use accounting software & office computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint …).
At least 6-year experience in similar position.
Good knowledge on current regulations about tax, accounting.
Good in skills of communication, people management, problem solving, leadership, …
