- As a key member of the local management team, the General Accountant is responsible for works in the Finance & Accounts department.
* Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Accounting
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounting operations, forecasting, budgeting etc. Responsible for day to day finance and accounting transactions. Manage daily AR & AP transactions. Work closely with other departments in any matter related to payments and collections.
- Process all payments for the company
- Issue VAT invoice to customer
- Manage cash and stock transactions.
- Month end close journal entries and reporting. Ensure timely closing of accounts and generate accurate, consistent and on time weekly/monthly reports (consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reports etc.)
- Work closely with ATV chief accountant to handle tax reporting: personal income tax, VAT monthly input – output report, quarterly, yearly Corporate Income tax and Tax matters etc.;
- Coordinate with ATV Chief Accountant and external auditors
- Any and all other responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Accounting, Finance;
- At least 5 years working experiences as General Accountant. Knowledge in reporting desired; Manufacturing experience desired
- Fluent in English;
- Good communications skills;
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Internet.
- Higher priority for candidates that have Chief Accountant certificate.
