Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Present ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs
Requirement Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Visualize workflows, processes, and requirements using modern tools (including AI-supported platforms).
- Drafting documents for business and solutions analysis including URD or SRS.
Transfer knowledge to the development team and other members of the product team.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability
- Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and AI-supported tools.
- Learn new concepts quickly and apply them to improve processes and product outcomes.

Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in Finance/Accounting, business or related fields.
At least 3 years experience in BA or similar.
Strong logical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
Very basic understanding of software development concepts (e.g., Agile, APIs).
Proficiency in documenting requirements and visualizing workflows (e.g., AI-driven tools like Miro or Notion AI).
Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Strong ability to express ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats.
Fluent in English communication (spoken and written).
