Mô tả công việc

Providing legal advices to other departments and Management in relation to banking business and operation;
Drafting, reviewing, translating legal documents;
Legal briefing;
Conducting trainings to staff in term of legal & compliance issues;
Communicating with and reporting to the State Bank where necessary;
Controlling the in/out legal documents;
Ensuring the Bank operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
Handling of disputes and/or litigations;
Ensuring operation of the Bank in compliance with Anti Money Laundering regulations of Vietnam as well as internal regulations of the Bank
Other ad-hoc as requested by Managers

Education: A Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s desired; (Banking, Economic, Finance, Business Law is a plus).
At least 3 years of experience in Banking Field, legal or audit experience is highly desirable
Deep knowledge about Vietnam banking regulations is a must.
Responsibility, honesty, hard-working, teamwork spirit and attention to details.
Strong written/verbal communication, ability to work independently on multiple assignment in a deadline driven.
Ability to maintain high quality in a risk intensive environment.
Must be result oriented and strong organized skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work flexible hours is required
