ABOUT THIS ROLE
We build for people with disabilities — they are our end-users.
But buying decisions don’t come from one place alone: individuals, CSR programs, NGOs, NPOs, or public-sector organizations all play a role.
This role sits at that intersection.
As a B2B Sales Representative, your job is to work with these organizations. You will have a high degree of credibility to be closely associated with strategic partnerships nationally and globally, including Singapore, India, the US, and the UK.
You will identify potential partners, reach out to them, understand their goals (CSR, social impact, procurement), and help them turn those goals into real purchases that deliver assistive devices to people who need them.
Simply put: you sell to organizations, so impact can happen at scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to translate business and partnership goals into clear, consistent B2B messaging.
- Execute B2B-focused content and visual assets across LinkedIn and Website to drive brand credibility, partnerships, sales, and investor trust.
- Support B2B sales and partnerships with decks, proposals, case stories, and communication materials.
- Plan and execute partner communications, signing events, or public campaigns in coordination with Sales and Leadership.
- Maintain brand consistency and professionalism across all B2B touchpoints.
- Track content and campaign performance, learn fast, and optimize for impact over output.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Final-year student or graduated within the last 3 years of all academic backgrounds.
- Prior experience in marketing, design, content creation, or filming/visual production is prefered.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong execution with LinkedIn (content & insights), design tools (Canva or equivalent), photography/filming, and managing website & digital marketing channels.
- Fluently executing and managing processes using Google Workspace and sales email/proposal tools such as Brevo or Mailchimp.
- Creative and impact-focused, balancing imagination with execution and measurable outcomes.
- Willingness to travel for partners as needed.
