ABOUT THIS ROLE
We build for people with disabilities — they are our end-users.
But buying decisions don’t come from one place alone: individuals, CSR programs, NGOs, NPOs, or public-sector organizations all play a role.
This role sits at that intersection.
As a B2B Sales Representative, your job is to work with these organizations. You will have a high degree of credibility to be closely associated with strategic partnerships nationally and globally, including Singapore, India, the US, and the UK.
You will identify potential partners, reach out to them, understand their goals (CSR, social impact, procurement), and help them turn those goals into real purchases that deliver assistive devices to people who need them.
Simply put: you sell to organizations, so impact can happen at scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively learn about our products and engage with people with disabilities to deeply understand real user needs and impact, representing 4D BONDE with credibility and confidence.
- Identify and research potential B2B partners, including CSR-driven companies, NGOs, institutions, and public-sector organizations across Vietnam and international markets (e.g. Singapore, the US, the UK).
- Understand partner goals & directions — such as CSR goals, social impact priorities, and procurement needs — and translate them into clear, value-driven partnership proposals.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations and build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Manage follow-ups, meetings, and early-stage negotiations, guiding partners from first contact through commitment.
- Work closely with the Sales Lead and CEO on strategic partnerships, gaining direct exposure to high-impact, cross-border deals.
- Coordinate with the B2B Marketer to support partnership-related activities, including meetings, signing sessions, and public campaigns or announcements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach, leads, and deals using shared sales tools and workflows.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Final-year student or graduated within the last 3 years of all academic backgrounds with at least 1 year of experience with B2B exposure.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactively identify new opportunities, ensuring ongoing value for both 4D - BONDE and partners.
- Strong communication and business sense, able to clearly articulate value and align partner needs with impact-driven outcomes.
- Fluently executing and managing processes using Google Workspace and sales email/proposal tools such as Brevo or Mailchimp.
- Skilled in navigating negotiations that result in value creation.
- Willingness to travel for partners as needed.

Thu nhập
- Thu nhập khi đạt 100% KPI: 10 - 20 triệu VND
- Thu nhập tính theo tỷ lệ đạt KPI
- Lương cứng: Đến 7 triệu VND
- Lương cứng không phụ thuộc doanh số
