- Position: Legal Specialist (open level from Intern to Specialist for fresh graduate)
- Working Location: 77 Tran Nhan Ton, Ward 9, Dist 5, HCMC
- Report to: Legal Manager
What you will do:
- Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of legal documentation and records.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide recommendations for compliance.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various regulatory matters related to the fintech/ BNPL industry.
- Support Legal Manager in various legal matters and projects.

What you need to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
- 6 months - 1 year of relevant legal experience,
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Knowledge of tech/fintech/financial services regulations and compliance is a plus.
