- Oversee and perform ongoing course maintenance activities.
- Assist in planning, lay out and supervising the maintenance of greens, tees and fairways, lay out work and supervise personnel and the use of equipment & material in maintenance of greens, tees, and fairways.
- Train personnel in ongoing course maintenance activities.
- Work with Golf Course Superintendent to develop equipment purchase specifications.
- Monitor common course repair and maintenance tasks - Instruct machine operators in the operation and care of mowers and other equipment.
- Supervise and participate in the operation and maintenance of pump station and in the maintenance of irrigation and drainage system.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of motorized and other mechanical equipment.
- Take charge of course when the Golf Course Superintendent is on holiday.
- Perform other appropriate tasks assigned by Golf Course Superintendent.
- Oversee and supervise daily course maintenance.
- Direct and participate repairing, maintenance activities of Irrigation system, Drainage system and machineries.
- Course maintenance jobs are completed probably
- Improve to help Golf course Superintendent to upgrade level of Golf Course
- Give proposals to Golf Course Superintendent for working method to reach better result, save cost and time
