Administrator (Cum Personal Assistant To General Counsel)
Mô tả công việc
• Monitoring and assisting Group General Counsel's working schedules.
• Assisting to arrange meetings and take minutes if required.
• Assisting to transmit information from the Group General Counsel to relevant departments promptly and accurately.
• Drafting, reviewing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents of all departments.
• Assisting all the related work of internal lawyers and risk management.
• Submitting and following up with the process of signing documents of Group General Counsel, handing over signed documents.
• Translating legal documents and others.
• Coordinating to work with other departments in the company.
• Participating in activities to connect, transmit information and support team members to be more cohesive.
• Storing legal files and documents.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Group General Counsel.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Local Vietnamese is preferred.
• A Bachelor of Laws / a Master of Laws is a must.
• Having min 2 years of experience in the same position or related.
• Experienced in real estate or related is a plus.
• Excellent in English is required.
• Being ethical, independent, and efficient.
• Having a strong analyzing and drafting document.
• Having flexible and responsive problem-solving skills
