Mô tả công việc
- Organize work, ensure the productivity of processing dossiers and appraisal quality of the department;
- Supervising the implementation of professional processes in the appraisal and customer service attitude of the employees in the department to ensure the compliance with the company’s regualtion;
- Training to develop knowledge and skills of the employees or as assigned of the BOD;
- Timely solve problem of businees of the company within the scope of assigned responsibilities;
- Build up, standardize documents on policies, regulations, processes and guidelines within the scope of department;
- Periodically evaluate appraisal work and make suggestions to improve and edit product documents and credit policies in line with the actual implementation of data checking activities with the BOD;
- Report directly and participate in other tasks as the request of BOD.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 6 years of experience in Verification of unssecured loan products. In which, at least 2 years of management experience from the Head of Department or more. Preferably with similar experience in financial company.
- Understand clearly the functions, tasks, roles of Verification and approval in financial companies and develop an overall necessary and accurate criteria for consumer credit verification;
- Carefully, highly compliant and highly focused at work;
- Good health, dynamic, enthusiastic, can withstand high work pressure;
- Use English fluently in 4 skills.
