Planning: to ensure a thoroughMarketingprocess goes intoimplementation and delivery; and in line with the strategic goals of the organization.
Efficient & high quality implementation of theMarketingstrategic plan forIZUMI:Marketing Manager(MM)isresponsible for all aspects of theMarketing operation.
Brand Management and Event Management: To make sure that the Center’s image and operations reflect the IZUMI brand image and behaviours.
Performance Management and development of all department staffs.
Budget management: Manage the overall spending of the Department to ensure the highest efficiency and quality and to support the activities of the Center.
Evaluation & Reporting: At all time MM should know and be able to report on all aspects of the Department related to ensuring efficient and high quality operations.
Communication: Manage the communication within and between all departments of the organization to ensure planning, implementation and continuous improvement of the Center operations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to develop, improve and add value to Center Operations in line with the strategic goals of their Center and the organization.
Organizational Support:Support the overall operationofthe nationalactivities of the organization.

University graduate.
3 – 4 years’ minimum in education industry or sale/marketing related.
Excellent leadership and building team.
Good experience in leading Marketing team including of Digital, Event, Trade.
Good strategy and planning, good management of budget and efficiency.
Proactively problem solving and fast update new trend.
Good customer in-sights and customer service.
Fast learning and understanding; Good handle multiple assignments effectively at one time.
High responsibility and honesty.
High level of creativity, good teamwork.
Excellent English skill. Japanese fluently is preferable but not a must.

13th month salary + KPIs bonus 1-2 month of salary by end of year.
