Mô tả công việc

1. Payroll & Insuarance:
• Process monthly payroll for all employees to ensure they are timely, accurate and compliant with legal regulations and company procedures.
• Implement company policies in terms of staff compensation and benefits and ensure that all implementation are aligned with the policies.
• Review the Social, Healthcare, and Unemployment reports and reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Assist in declaration, finalization and other projects regarding PIT.
• Give consultancy related to labour, insurance and tax issues to Employees and Line Manager.

2. Human resource:
• Support HR Manager to develop and implement strategies (C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care,…)
• Support HR Manager to set up KPI system
• Assist HR Managers in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc
• Support the HR Manager to prepare annual budget

3. Others:
• Manage all employees’ labor contracts.
• Manage employees’ personnel data system and filing.
• Support HR team in other assignments as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• University graduate
• At least three years working experience in similar level
• Strong knowledge and experience of PIT regulations and practice
• Knowledge of labor regulations and HR practice
• PC skills (Excel, Word, Windows, etc)
• Good interpersonal skills, numerical skills and communication skills (English is essential)
