Tuyển Nhân Viên Sales Trainer
Mô tả công việc
• Directly deliver the sales & relevant training classes and ensure that the programs iare in plan.
• Develop training materials.
• Conduct training need analysis.
• Measure training effectiveness and report. Develop evaluation tools.
• Oversee training material and suggest improvements.
• Choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars and simulations).
• Design onboarding session for new hires and sales trainees.
• Evaluate sales team performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques.
• Join field work to understand the business and gain more insights for training.
• Stay up-to-date with employee development trends.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Proven 2 - 3 year work experience as a Sales training specialist.
• Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
• An ability to manage the full training cycle.
• Experience with learning management software.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• BSc degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Economic or relevant field.
• Additional certification in training is a plus.
