Mô tả công việc
1. Provide legal opinions, advising legal/regulatory issues, preparing/finalizing legal documents for day-today works of all department. They are including but not limited to commercial contracts, human resources procurement contracts, service contracts, leasing agreements, power of attorney, minutes of meeting or any similar documents in relation to the Company.
2. Provide legal analysis, recommendation and position papers; and inputs to business on critical issues
3. Represent the Company in disputes, challenges and/or litigation (if any) in relation to all HR-related and tax related matters (where relevant)
4. Take leads and/or actively participates in cross-functional projects;
5. Take charge of compliance issues
6. Assist junior members of the legal team and providing coaching and on job training to such subordinates to ensure the spirit of team work and motivation;
7. Train and assist on know how development for the Company
8. Drive the management of legal resources (internal and external) to ensure the business is always properly advised and has maximized its commercial opportunities while minimizing its legal risks;
9. Instruct and manage outside law firms in Vietnam and overseas, where applicable and seek to reduce external legal spend where possible
Yêu cầu ứng viên
At least 02-03 years working for law firms/consulting companies or holds similar position within multinational corporations.
1. Deep understanding legal framework applicable to pharmaceutical industry
2. Deep understanding commercial laws including contract, investment, commercial, intellectual property law (trademark law) land law, banking and labor law
3. Good understanding of taxation system of Vietnam
4. Good understanding of process of enactment of legislation
5. Good knowledge of court procedurez
