*** Purpose of this role:
- To provide comprehensive legal support for Legal Function and other Accountable Functions of the Company.
- To perform related duties and projects assigned by Chief Legal Officer/Section Head.
*** Main Responsibility
1. Corporate governance:
- Ensures that company activities comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Assists Accountable Functions in ensuring that business policies, procedures and practices are in line with the internal regulations and applicable laws.
2. Legal advice:
- Provides advice and promptly updates Accountable Functions on changes of applicable laws;
- Reviews and assesses the legal aspects which may affect company activities.
3. Contract review:
- Review the terms and provisions of contracts/agreements with the suppliers.
4. Legal Documentation
- Set up, implement and update legal documentation management system in the company aiming to internal legal services with high quality and efficient support to business operations of Accountable Function.
- Maintain the filing systems of legal documents.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education/knowledge: Bachelor of Laws.
Experience:
• With more than 5-7 years’ work experience as Legal Supervisor.
• Insurance experience is preferred.
Skills:
• Knowledgeable of laws and regulations of Vietnam.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Strong communication skill (both verbal & written).
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
• Good organizing and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills.
