To propose, build, implement and promote Human Resources programs for Industry and R&D team.
• Be poractive and support the EHS manager in the Health and Safety policy
• Create and facilite good conditions of working atmospher
• Administers corporate policies relating to benefits
• Developing and implementing a personal employee relations program in order to retain the good people in the organization, secure the continuity of the organization
• Actively involved of creating good, positive and positive Energy atmosphere.
• Establish the training and health and safety programs.
• The HR Manager hand the HR governance matters such as discipline at work ; office/facility Administration ; employee engagement and buidling the relationship with Trade Union
***MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
• Ensuring the hygiene, security and work with HSE team to ensure the safety of the workers at both BD and VL sites
• Work closely with the Top management by having regular meetings with the key identified staff in our organization in order to build personal development plan and follow the implementation
• Work closely with Industry management in order the succession plan for the key position and take into account into the training plan in case competencies upgrading
• Identify the needs and establish the overall training plan for employees (From Workers to Managers)
• In case of external training class, will identify and propose the right organism in terms of Quality, Cost and content.
• Meet each staff when leaving the company to understand the reasons and be able to build, follow and manage an improvement plan
• Follow, analyse and propose improvement plan with team on HR basic KPI (Headcoumt vs budget, Absenteism, Turnover, Overtime situation,….)
• Manage an annual satisfaction survey to clearly identify the improvement point in our organization and management way
• Propose and organize any events during the year in order to celebrate some results…. Performance, EHS results, project achievement,….
• Will review and manage the update of the key JD of the organization (Managers, technicians and Leaders)
• During the recruitment process, will work with the managers to identify clearly the needs, competencies and profile required. Will conduct the interview with the managers
• Conducts wage survey within labour market to align with HR Director to propose relating to competitive compensation & benefit
• Updating and maintaining the labour regulations, discipline at works.
• Providing guidance regarding laws regulations update, policies, procedures to employees relations matters.
• Will ensure an effective, efficiant and strong communication in the Industry and Product Development team (Weekly news letter, Communication on workshop)
• To ensure the fair treatment of employees and advice on how to effectively deal with employees, especially in difficult situations.
• Addressing any conflicts/issued arising in workplace environment and strive to resolve them in a positive manner that benefits all parties and facilitates healthy work relationships
• Administers and interprets various labor agreements, administers grievance procedures, and provides labor relations support during contract negotiations
• Closely working with Trade Union to build the relationship and to coordinate with them in employees programs such as annual trip, sport event, others
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Universisty degree in encomonic or business administration or HR Management (preferable)
• At least 2-3 year working experience in HR Managerial levels and in the company dealing with more than 300 employees
• Experience in assessing the organizational needs and implementing the solutions
• Ability in coaching, consulting others and convincining skills
• Good working attitude and positive thinking
• Good knowledge in Vietnam’s Labour Law
• Mature and patient in dealing with people; people crisis and confidientiality-
• Good and effective communication skills
• Excellent English communication including verbal and written
• Understanding the culture of each regions in VN and the Company’s culture
