- Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the safety and security of the building and stock. Plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and ensure productivity targets are met. Manage the teams of workers and oversee picking, packing and distribution activity.

Specific duties:

- Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met

- Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress

- Communicating with other departments, staff groups as necessary.

- Overseeing the loading and unloading of all incoming and outgoing materials.

- High level of coordination with other Departments to achieve delivery targets on time

- Overseeing stock control, ensuring quality, and processing delivery orders

- Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;

- Ensure that all stock issues are resolved and feedback to Logistics Manager/ Sales on key performance indicators such as accuracy, performance, output and efficiency.

- Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment;

- Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment

- Other tasks required suitable with level of responsibility

- Relevant College or University degree

- Good office software knowledge,

- At least 3 years experience in warehouse and distribution management

- Good Knowledge in Firefighting, safety and workplace hygiene

- High sense of responsibility and discipline

- Good English communications and team building skills

- Good analytic and problem-solving skills
