Arrange and conduct orientation to all new hires.
Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
Ensure effective staffing, scheduling, logistics and resources for all events/trainings: such as preparing training documentations, coordinating with trainers, arranging training rooms and facilities, informing and reminding attendance, proceeding training evaluation activities, filing training records, participating into training improvement programs, ect...
Conduct numbers of soft skills training base on own competency.
Work on assigned projects as needed including new initiatives and developing training modules if needed.
Tracks changes to training practices within the industry to ensure continuous improvement.
Leads the effort to track employee training history to ensure compliance with company regulations.
Verify that all safety training recordkeeping is accurately maintained.
Prepare and present reports on training as required.
Support e-learning system.

At least 3 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role with experience of designing.
training programs and workshops.
Ability to lead a full training cycle.
Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods.
Excellent decision making and organizational skills.
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
