• To assist senior lawyers/foreign lawyers in preparing/drafting advice/legal works on all aspects of Vietnam laws.
• To carry out legal researches on different issues in relation to Vietnamese laws.
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Managers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Fresh Graduate with major in Law or 1 - 2 years experience foreign law firms or prestigious Vietnamese law firms.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
• Good business and common sense.
• Able to analyse complex business situations to identify key risks and controls, and reach sound conclusions (For senior level).
• Good project management and client relationship, including economics.
• Good team work and strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-confidence.
• Eager to learn and promote self development.
