KPMG Legal is a fully licensed foreign law firm in Vietnam, and comprises over 50 Vietnamese and foreign lawyers in our Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices, focusing on market entry, corporate and commercial law, and M&A transactions.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting clients in handling all licensing and regulatory compliance requirements as well as immigration
• Drafting and preparing all types of corporate, investment and business related agreements and documents
• Participating in the M&A team in performing due diligence, structuring, negotiating and contracting
• Developing and maintaining client relationship
• Mentoring and coaching legal assistants
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree in Law
• At least 03 years of relevant experience at reputable international law firms (admitted lawyer is preferred)
• Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly;
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
