Mô tả công việc

Reports to: Deputy Operation Manager

Role Purpose: Handle claim cases in South provinces

Key Accountabilities:
- Process claim cases in compliance with claim procedures, including registration, assessment and administrations of claim cases
- Perform on site investigation if necessary
- Follow-up claim cases to collect proper supporting documents
- Make claim reports & analysis
- Work with reinsurers on related-reinsurance cases;
- Analyse the existing system and processes to recommend improvement
- Build up relationship with hospitals, doctors, claim investigators, reinsurers to improve claim process within authority
- Handle inquiries, complaints and feedbacks from customers, partners, internal departments for continuously improvement
- Others as assigned by Line Manager/Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education : Bachelor degree - University degree in law/insurance/banking & finance/economics

Years of Related Work Experiences: At least 2 years experience in insurance or financial service field, preferably in claim assessment.

Good at English communication

• Pleasant personality and able to work with minimum supervision;
• Willing to work under pressure and within short deadline;
• Being able to work independently as well as within a team;
• Good time management, communication and presentation skills;

• Creative and hardworking ;
• Result oriented and high commitment to work;
• Good at using Microsoft office.

Role Specific Competency Requirements:
• Life insurance knowledge will be preferred
• Good relations with relevant authorities and organization
