Mô tả công việc
o Calculate working hours, OT for all staff
o Calculate salary for worker
o Execute arrangements related to the social insurance management for employees (except Management Team) (opening & closing of the social insurance book, social insurance registration/claim, renewal & return of the Health Insurance Card) to ensure compliance with procedures.
o Prepare and update reports & statistics (monthly report for Social Insurance office, monthly Social Insurance Claims, Monthly report to Immigration Office/Police of Dong Nai regarding expat labor, etc.) to have the information for decision making.
o Execute all employment requirements for employees (except Management team) such as labor contract, decision, POA, staff transfer, promotion...
o Supervise and keep track the implementation of benefit policies
o Record and keep track annual leave
o Follow up all administrative activities
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education Required
o University degree
Experience Required
o At least 3-5 years at C&B and Social Insurance Report
o Familiar with TS24 Professional
o Hands-on experience on salary calculation and PIT calculation
Knowledge Required
o Laws: Labor, Social Insurance, Health Insurance
o English: good
o MS office (Excel, Word, PP)
