● Align with Marketing Manager to develop & implement quarterly communication plan.
● Supervise digital specialist/event/designer.
● Work with ad agency for big idea, ad campaign.
● SEO building & web management for AEG’s image & continuous information.
● Work with digital staff/agency for digital strategic plan from direction content to media plan.
● Manage post contents and comment/inbox conversations.
● Ensure digital performance per monthly target (Lead/show/sign).
● Coordinate with TMK/AC/CSO for the best conversion rate among Lead/show/sign.
● Coordinate with Curriculum/Operation/Sale for the products communication.
● Follow up consistent brand message & image throughout all activities/ad materials.
● Coordinate with Event specialist in big communication plan.
● Prepare brand presentations for event, workshop & training programs.
● Check the daily sales; understand sales performance of each media and each center; plan the integrated campaigns that maximize online and offline media; proactively propose actions to increase sales.
● Visit centers, talk with parents/students and prospects to get insights and feedback (Twice a month).
● Internal communication among AEG staff for any Marketing activities.
● Control monthly marketing expense.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
● At least 02 years’ experience with similar position in FMCG/Retails/Education field and strong knowledge about Sales and Marketing.
● Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication skills.
● Good time management skills.
● Able to work independently and under pressure.
● Good at English.
