Mô tả công việc

Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their needs;
Working with relevant teams to devise plans & concepts that meets the client's brief and budget;
Presenting the plan, ideas and cost to clients;
Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met;
Checking and reporting on the plan's progress;
Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the plan;
Managing the account's budget and invoicing the client;
Making 'pitches' to win new business;
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and suppliers.

Good spoken and written communication skills (Vietnamese & English);
Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner;
Good organization and time management skills;
Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients;
A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure;
A professional manner;
Solution thinking;
Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets;
"Can Do" attitude;
Ability to work with high level client;
Education:
College Degree and above of marketing / economic / advertising / communication;
Experience required: At least 1-2 year experience working for event agencies as the same role.
