Tuyển Compliance Supervisor
Mô tả công việc
- Assist in designing, deploying and managing Compliance Programs, Compliance Plan within the company.
- Prepare and conduct the compliance relevant training for staff to promote compliance culture and awareness across the company including branches.
- Prepare and conduct the compliance testing (if needed) to identify compliance risks and propose mitigation actions and follow-up action taken status of remediation actions.
- Provide advice on compliance relevant matters to the business units;
- Assist in preparing the relevant reports for Management.
- To provide timely update/analysis for business opportunities/limitation under the new rules and regulations.
- Support Risk relevant matters and Internal Audit in investigating on internal fraud and organize Internal Fraud and Negligence Proceeding Committee (as requested)
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Risk Management, Compliance & Internal Audit.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Qualifications
- University degree in finance, economics and banking. FRM certificate is an advantage.
* Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience as relevant position
- Capable of developing policy & procedures
- Experience in project management and in insurance industry, with specialist knowledge of fraud prevention
* Knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of insurance industry and products;
- Proficient in the use of standard IT packages;
- Logical thinking, solving problem and analytical skills;
- Leadership skills;
- Good interpersonal skills & ability to communicate to all levels within the business;
- Fluency in English as a foreign language.
- Knowledgeable about governmental and insurance regulations and laws.
