Mô tả công việc

Quality control & Quality assurance (QA&QC): Direct administrative and operational aspects of the QA&QC procedure ensuring consistent delivery of quality teaching and learning experience.
Talent Acquisition: Co-lead in the recruitment process for teaching staff in IEG partner schools to ensure a high standard of instructional expertise.
Professional Development: Design, organize, and facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster continuous improvement in teaching staff.
Teaching materials: Oversee the creation, review, and systematic revision of teaching resources and instructional materials.
Reporting: Provide the CEO with strategic monthly reports and immediate briefings on critical operational issues.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Represent the Academic Department in inter-departmental meetings and contribute expertise to internal/external consulting projects.

Bachelor’s Degree required; a major in Pedagogy, Education Management, or English Linguistics is highly preferred.
Native-like English proficiency (minimum IELTS 7.5 or equivalent).
Proven track record of teaching experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage academic operations, including the effective supervision of people, budgets, and educational resources.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently to various work locations including IEG’s network of partner schools.
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organizational and time-management skills
