Spearhead and enable the whole sales force to improve their sales fundamentals and work systems by planning and developing concrete programs and initiatives, and by training their core competencies in customer engagement – medical and product knowledge selling skills, performance management, coaching, managerial skills.
Provide assessment of the training needs of salesforce.
Develop sales representatives training and capability building programs, and facilitate implementation.
Develop field managers capability programs to enable them to effectively manage their teams and extend as trainers to support the company’s holistic Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) program.
Develop tools and platforms for learning and strengthen applications of these learning programs to improve effectiveness and productivity.
Develop, build, embed and implement Sale Call Model relevant to the business.
Liaise with Field Operations, Marketing, Trade Marketing , Medical and Commercial Excellence Teams to ensure that necessary resources and support are available.
Develop coaching platform and tools.
Monitor and analyze salesforce performance and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and initiatives. This includes the development of dashboards and scorecards.

University Graduate (In any relevant fields like Pharmacy, Business, Management, Economics, etc...).
At least 03 years experience in sales training (In pharmaceutical or healthcare).
Experience in field selling and/or pharma marketing is an added advantage.
Fluently Spoken and written English.
Computer literacy and knowledge of window - based software.
