Mô tả công việc

Participate in negotiations to sign contracts, appendices for new center’s locations;
Coordinate in design and estimation for the renovation of the centers;
Participate in developing legal documents for the application of centers’ establishment /operation/termination of operation according to the company network development plan;
Supervise the renovation, acceptance of handover according to schedule;
Build and monitor annual network development budgets;
Report the progress of work completion;
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Graduated from university of architecture, construction or other related majors;
At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position;
Proficient in office information, project management software, cost estimation programs for construction and renovation works;
Good planning, deployment and supervision skills;
Flexible, proactive and tolerant of work pressure;
Good English communication is an advantage;
Priority for candidates with experience working in a series of English centers.
