Develop and Manage B2B Customer Relationships:
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with potential B2B clients.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions to drive contract signings
- Manage current client portfolios, ensuring high satisfaction levels and increasing revenue from long-term clients.
Plan and Implement Sales Strategies:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Analyze the market and competitors to identify opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly
- Expand sales channels and seek new market opportunities for growth.
Negotiate and Close Contracts:
- Negotiate contract terms with B2B clients to ensure agreements are beneficial for the company.
- Monitor, address special requests, and negotiate prices and contract conditions to achieve the best deals.
Sales Process Management and Customer Support:
- Oversee the sales process from initial customer contact, product consultation, contract signing, to service implementation.
- Provide ongoing support to clients during the contract lifecycle and resolve any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Support, and Technical teams to ensure client needs are met.
Reporting and Performance Evaluation:
- Track and evaluate monthly/quarterly sales performance, reporting progress and results to management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to propose improvements and adjustments to strategies.
- Train and mentor the sales team to improve skills and performance.
- Share knowledge and experience with colleagues and provide support on sales projects.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- At least 3 year experience in a similar position.
- Having experience in Interior Design, Construction, Building materials.
- Proficiency in using English. Can communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
- Personal qualities: Strong ethics, teamwork, high responsibility, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
