Mô tả công việc

Develop new customers and businesses for company including hangers and print & packaging such as poly bag, hang tag, label in garment industry.
Support the sales leads to meet customers' demand including products development, transaction terms and conditions negotiation, problem’s solving.
Build and maintain long term relationships with customers.
Conduct market research about customers' demand, competitors and new development.
Be responsible to lead the team performance toward assigned budget.
Deploy the assigned tasks and actively update the progression.
Ensure that all follow up processes and activities are accomplished according to Company policies.
Coordinate closely with other departments to increase customer satisfaction.
Liaise to Group's account managers to develop new business.
Foresee and manage the potential risk.
Coach and train the team's members.

Have experiences in Sales.
Integrity, Competent, Collaboration, Communication and Commitment.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and strong problem-solving skills.
Positive thinking, team working with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of completion efficiently and effectively.
