- Contribute to the development of Sales and marketing strategies to hit Sales target and promote Speak Up courses.
- Market survey and set up sales strategies, implying plans to achieve Sales.
- Prepare plans and budgets for approval by the General Manager, and once agreed, implement those plans.
- Prepare and submit proposals for training for key sponsors.
- Aliasing with Marketing to provide high qualities to customers.
- Training, coaching, supervising Sales team.
- Prepare Sales reports.
- Ensure a team spirit among staff under supervision.
- Represent the school in a way that enhances its reputation.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor in Management or above.
- Experience, Skills and Competences.
- University graduated or above.
- At least 2 years experiences at management level.
- Clear understanding of local and foreign educational systems.
- Language : good in English.
- Computer : Good at Excel, Microsoft Words, ppt,…
