Mô tả công việc
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the vice director of company’ s ability to effectively lead the organization including:
a. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Vice director , including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect Vice director’s style and organization policy.
b. Work closely with the vice director of company to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately on site and remotely.
c. Maintain open communications with the various team, including coordinate and meeting regularly with their operations and technology coordinator and providing information and documents as needed.
d. Complete tasks by assigning work to appropriate staff, including the functional team manager on behalf of the Vice Director of company.
e. assisting with special projects; designing and producing documents and presentations;
f. collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties.
g. composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements
Yêu cầu ứng viên
a. Science background in any field
b. Minimum 3 years of experience for handling similar tasks
c. Good English and Vietnamese communicator
d. Good in channelizing the tasks to team
