Trợ lý Pháp lý (Legal Assistant)
Mô tả công việc
1. To be responsible for reviewing and/or drafting of all documents/templates/forms/Contracts arising out of the Company’s operation.
2. Assist Legal Manager to provide accurate and timely counsel to the Company on a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to, manufacturing, construction, labor, general corporate, regulatory, corporate governance, intellectual property, etc.;
3. Provide legal support on permits, approvals and licensing, regulatory matters and corporate compliance;
4. Participate in/ manage disputes, especially for bad debt (litigation, arbitration, etc.);
5. Discuss/ cooperate with outside counsel as required;
6. Provide training to the Company on legal topics and prepare legal newsletter.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Gender: Male/Female
Experience: Over 2 - 4 years of Legal Consultancy
Education and Specialization:
· Bachelor degree in Law or above (Certified Lawyer is an advantage)
· 2- 4 years of working experience in legal field, specializing in Manufacturing and Arbitration and lawsuit for bad debt;
· Strong research skills (regulations, legislations, legal precedents, etc.);
· Strong negotiating skills with both legal and commercial issues;
· Ability to work independently;
· High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Language: English fluency (speaking, listening, writing, reading).
Computer: Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint.
Personal capabilities:
· Being honest, meticulous, hard-working, active;
· Having good health;
· Analytical, reasoning skills, and high attention to detail;
· Ability to work in a team environment.
