SUPPORT SALES OPERATION
** Sales Order:
• Support sales orders from sales team in SAP system.
• Daily sales order management by liaising with Marketing and Logistics to ensure stock availability, check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Support for sales return by coordinating with accounting, marketing team & sales person for finishing sales return document.
• Checking AR with sales PIC in project or sale events.
• Check and calculate for discounting display product as well as issue invoices.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
SUPPORT EVENT : ROADSHOW, SALES FESTIVAL DAY...& MARKETING DOCUMENTS, Bidding Documents, Competitive Quotes
** Sell-outs support
• Understand and update sell-out incentives.
• Calculate the quantity of goods in stock and plan delivery for projects to balance and place new orders to ensure project progress
• Track the transportation and delivery procedures
• Prepare sell-out report (monthly/quarterly) & update progress.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Education: University/ College
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience
• English: Fluently.
• Knowledge: Experience in sales/ marketing/ accounting or relevant fields is preferable, esp in Consumer Electronics MT/GT Channel or B2B Channel.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Other requirements:
o Ability to work under strict deadlines
o Analytical thinking
o Reporting skill
