Mô tả công việc

1. Employee life cycle management:

Support Talent Acquisition team in the selection process of designated job grades and/or positions.
Conduct new-employee orientation/ induction programs periodically.
Provide the guidance and supports to Managers & employees in PEx (Performance Excellence) process as well as conduct the completeness audit for each step of the process.

2. HR Data management:

Provide support to visualize Workday processes locally to support employees perform Workday transaction timely.
Maintain up-to-date company organization charts.

3. Others:

Administer various HR plans and procedures for personnel of assigned business divisions;
Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with statutory and corporate compliance frameworks;
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

A bachelor's degree in Business Management, prefer in Human Resource Management;
Has experience working in International or large local company.
At least 3-year experience in HR role, prefer 5-year experience more;
Good in English both oral & written;
Proficiency in computer skills;
Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of HR Operations;
Effective oral and written communication skills;
High adaptability.
