Mô tả công việc

Supporting recruitment for both IT and non-IT positions (across diverse industries and fields: Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.);
Attracting and identifying potential candidates;
Contacting and scheduling interviews, communicating recruitment outcomes;
Participating in organizing programs aimed at building the company's recruitment brand, sourcing efforts through social media channels, as well as offline events at schools and seminars;
Assisting in coordinating vertical recruitment activities;

Students from universities majoring in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Administration, Business Administration... or related degree preferred.
Those who have experience in mass recruitment or IT recruitment.
Proficient in basic office software.
Enthusiastic, diligent, proactive, eager to learn.
Aspires for long-term commitment and involvement in recruitment and personnel matters.
Owns a personal laptop

Receives training, guidance, and hands-on experience in tasks related to personnel recruitment;
Receives guidance from specialized advisors on graduation topics related to recruitment, theses, and projects;
Enjoys other benefits and privileges within Company
