This role is responsible for: attracting, screening, and hiring global talent; managing job postings; and developing recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline. Additionally, it enhances the employer brand, coordinates candidate screenings and interviews, standardizes training materials, leads onboarding programs, coordinates departmental training sessions, and continuously improves training programs

- Attract, screen, and hire top talent from around the world.
- Develop and manage job postings on various platforms to ensure a diverse pool of candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's global talent needs.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance the company’s employer brand through various initiatives and platforms.
- Employer Branding
- Enhance the company’s employer brand through various initiatives and platforms.
- Execute employer branding campaigns to enhance AWING’s visibility.
- Manage social media content and career platforms to showcase company culture.
- Drive employee advocacy programs and internal engagement initiatives.
- Represent AWING at career fairs, networking events, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition & Marketing to develop recruitment marketing strategies.
- Other tasks in HCD department
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition at an MNC (Multinational Company), preferably within Tech, Services, or related industries.
- Experience in Employer Branding.
- Ability to assess and verify candidate potential
- Good communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, with the ability to introduce innovative talent acquisition solutions.
- Experience in multi-channel recruitment marketing, leveraging social media, events, and digital hiring tools.
- International hiring experience, with knowledge of global talent landscapes.
- English: Advanced
