Supply Chain Planner (Cu Chi District -HCMC)

We are seeking potential candidates for junior position of Supply Chain Planner with more focus to planning. Required job is good opportunity for candidates in 1-2 years in supply chain, logistics or planning. Training will be released on the job. Let's come and grow up with HM.Clause.
What will you do ?
- Planing: coordinate with Production, Factory Operation, Sales and Customer Service;
- Inventory control (real time status of usable, not usable…) with economical way to minimum excess or shortage (including quality control, logistics, processing and packing);
- Collects all the sales need from sale and marketing team, keeps them current and communicates any changes to all stakeholders;
- Supervise the Production quantity (On going stock) & confirm the quantity needed to be ordered with Production team. Keep track of actual quantity vs. Order plan;
- Set priority in term of processing, packing and shipment in coordination with Operation Manager.
Main duties
- Plan & manage Inventory to provide the inventory status of packed/repacked/revalidated/bulk/aged, etc… to commercial team & related Department via Quantity Chain file.
- Follow timely data entry more than 90% of time data is provided on time and accurately and issue Work Order preparation.
- Collect data & support Sale and Operation (S&OP) meeting on a monthly basis
- Plan the purchase of outsourced material & prepare the required information for & actively participate in production Release Meeting (CMP) in May & Nov .
- Plan & follow to with Export-Import to Export/Import seeds
- Plan and ensure monthly cycle count and annual physical stock count of stock accurately both in books and physically
- Coordinate with Operation Manager for SOP
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Supply chain or above is an advantage
- 1 – 2 years in a similar position
- Experience in the agriculture industry is preferred
- Build relationship & team work
- Responsibilities for the reliability of inventory management and planning
- Negotiation skill: Ability to persuade and convince the stakeholders to achieve company goal
- Analytical skill: Ability to anticipate and have holistic approach towards inventory management
- Problem solving skill: Conduct prosper Root cause analysis in the event of managing the problem/events
- Good in planning, excel or similar database
