YUJIN VINA Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. ***YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Play a critical role in driving business growth by solving complex problems. Offer exceptional recommendations and initiatives based on outstanding analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills to ensure continuous process improvement and launch new business for market competitiveness. You have a mindset that constantly challenges the status quo, and you possess a high degree of decision-making acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Gather data and perform analysis in different business aspects
- Forecasting analytics - defining KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities
- Extracting, analyzing, and structuring data to facilitate insightful business decision making
- Provide periodic updates to the management for C level decision making
- Build/ Update reports/ dashboards to keep track company’s KPIs
- Co-work with different departments to solve business problems and to improve business performance
- Conduct primary and secondary research on the market’s movement and latest trends
- Support report development for the management on the market status
- Monitor customer situation and work closely with sales and R&D team to offer new insights and ideas for customers
- Other tasks assigned
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related work experience (management consulting, business analytics/data analytics preferred)
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and associated tools like Power BI and Excel / R
- Exceptional quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Good written & verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, preferring challenging environments and opportunities
